This Privacy Policy describes how RoofBench, operated by Allstar Holdings, LLC, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Service at https://www.roofbench.com. It also explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
We use your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Affiliate means any entity owned or controlled by, or under common control with, Allstar Holdings, LLC, including affiliated roofing service providers.
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to RoofBench, an independent roof-pricing tool operated by Allstar Holdings, LLC.
- Cookies are small files placed on your computer, mobile device, or any other device by a website.
- Country refers to: United States.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Property Data means information about your property collected from public records and satellite imagery, including address, lot size, square footage, year built, ownership status, and roof measurements.
- Service refers to the Website at https://www.roofbench.com and the RoofBench roof-pricing tool.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
- Website refers to RoofBench, accessible from https://www.roofbench.com.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data. While using the Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Phone number (including mobile number)
- Property address and related location information
- Information you submit through forms on the Site, including roofing project preferences, timeline, and financing interest
Property Data. RoofBench's core function is providing roof-pricing benchmarks based on your specific property. To do this, we collect and analyze information about the property you enter, including aerial and satellite imagery, public property records (year built, square footage, ownership status, lot size, prior permits where available), estimated roof area, pitch, and complexity derived from satellite analysis, and estimated property characteristics derived from third-party data sources.
Consent Data. When you submit the unlock form on RoofBench, we capture a consent certificate documenting the exact consent language displayed to you, the time and date of your consent, your IP address and browser information at the time of consent, and a session record of your interaction with the form. This consent record is retained for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar laws.
Usage Data. Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of the Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies (including pixels, tags, and scripts) to track activity on the Service and store certain information. These technologies help us collect and analyze data to improve the Service.
We use third-party advertising and analytics technologies to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and improve the Service.

- For business transfers, including evaluating or conducting a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets.
- For data analysis, identifying usage trends, measuring the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and improving the Service.
Sharing of Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with the following categories of recipients:
Affiliated Roofing Service Providers. When you submit the unlock form on RoofBench, we share your contact information and property details with one or more affiliated roofing service providers in your area. These providers may contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding the roofing services you inquired about, schedule and conduct virtual or in-person inspections, and provide quotes for roofing services. Sharing your information with these affiliated providers is essential to the Service we provide.
Service Providers. We share your Personal Information with Service Providers in the following categories, who process data on our behalf:
- Property data and measurement providers (for satellite imagery, geocoding, and public property record enrichment)
- Lead verification and consent compliance providers (for verifying consent and routing inquiries)
- Communication providers (for transactional email, telephony, and customer relationship management)
- Advertising and analytics providers (for measuring the effectiveness of our advertising)
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
These Service Providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Data confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your Personal Information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or protect against legal liability.
What We Do NOT Do.
- We do not sell your Personal Data to unaffiliated third parties.
- We do not share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.
Text Messages and Calls (TCPA Compliance)
If you provide your phone number and consent on the unlock form, you may receive communications from RoofBench and/or our affiliated roofing service providers, including:
- Phone calls (which may use automated technology including autodialers and prerecorded messages where permitted)
- SMS/text messages (which may be sent using automated technology where permitted)
These communications relate to the roofing services you inquired about. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Your consent is documented at the time of form submission. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opting Out.
- Text messages: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Phone calls: Inform the caller you wish to be added to our Do Not Call list.
- Emails: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send.
Accuracy of Information Provided
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and truthful information when using the Service. Knowingly inputting false information (including but not limited to using someone else's name, phone number, address, or email address) is a serious and fraudulent matter that could result in significant costs and damages, including invasion of privacy rights of the actual person whose information is misused. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoofBench, Allstar Holdings, LLC, and all affiliated service providers from any damages, claims, regulatory fines, or attorneys' fees arising from such fraudulent activity.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Consent certificates are retained in accordance with industry-standard TCPA compliance practices.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, or country.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of your Personal Data is important to us. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
