About RoofBench

RoofBench is an independent roof-pricing tool operated by Allstar Holdings, LLC. The Service provides homeowners with informational estimates of fair-price ranges for asphalt-shingle roof replacement based on the address you provide, third-party property data, satellite measurement of the property's roof, and local pricing benchmarks.

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Information Provided Is Informational, Not a Binding Quote

The fair-price ranges and any other figures presented on the Site are informational estimates only, generated by computer analysis of third-party property data, public records, and local pricing benchmarks. These figures are NOT:

• Quotes from any contractor
• Binding offers to provide services at the indicated price
• Guarantees of price, cost, or value
• Substitutes for an on-site inspection by a qualified roofing professional

Actual project costs may vary significantly based on factors not captured by the Service, including but not limited to material selection, project scope, structural conditions, local code requirements, and current market pricing. To obtain a binding quote, you must engage directly with a qualified contractor.

Roof Measurements Are Estimates

Roof measurements presented on the Site (including but not limited to estimated roof area, pitch, and complexity) are derived from satellite imagery and public records. These measurements are estimates and may differ from on-site measurements performed by a qualified contractor. RoofBench does not guarantee the accuracy of satellite-derived measurements.

No Endorsement of Manufacturers

References to roofing material manufacturers and their certification programs are provided for informational purposes only. RoofBench is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by any roofing material manufacturer.

Contact From Our Affiliated Service Providers

By submitting your information through the Service and consenting to be contacted, you acknowledge that we will share your contact information with one or more affiliated roofing service providers in your area, and that they may contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding the roofing services you inquired about. Your consent is documented in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

You may opt out of these communications at any time using the methods described in our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy of Information and Anti-Fraud Provisions

You are responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and legality of all information you provide through the Service. You promise that all information you provide will be accurate, current, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

Knowingly inputting false information (including but not limited to someone else's name, phone number, address, or email address, or making up information) is a serious and fraudulent matter. Such activity could result in significant costs and damages, including invasion of privacy rights of the actual person whose information is misused, loss of time and expense responding to fraudulent requests, and regulatory fines and penalties.

If you knowingly input false information, you agree to fully indemnify and be liable to RoofBench, Allstar Holdings, LLC, and any affiliated service providers who acted on the fraudulent request, for the greater of: (1) a minimum amount of $5,000 to RoofBench and each affected affiliated service provider, plus a minimum amount of $5,000 to each actual person affected by the fraudulent information you entered (for example, the actual owner of the email address or phone number), per fraudulent submission, plus any attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses; or (2) the actual damages, direct, punitive, and consequential, and any regulatory or judicial fines or penalties arising from such intentional, misleading, harmful, and fraudulent activity, plus reasonable legal fees, costs, and expenses, whichever is greater.

About Our Affiliated Service Provider Vetting

We use various criteria as part of our selection process for affiliated roofing service providers. While we attempt to work only with reputable providers, we do not guarantee or warrant their performance, the quality of their work, or the outcome of any services they perform. Your contractual relationship with any affiliated service provider is between you and that provider. Should you have a dispute, you must address it with that provider directly. You hereby agree to release and hold harmless RoofBench, Allstar Holdings, LLC, and their employees, agents, and affiliates from any damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) arising out of or connected with such disputes and your dealings with the affiliated service provider.

Use of the Service

It is agreed that your use of the Service is for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to revoke your access at any time. All information is for your personal use only and shall not be used for commercial purposes unless preapproved by us in writing.

The Service is available only to residents of the United States. By using the Service, you warrant you are a resident of the United States.

Any unauthorized uses, commercial or otherwise, of our content or systems are strictly prohibited. We monitor and log site activities including data scraping, email exploits, content pilfering, and similar activity. Persons or organizations engaged in unauthorized uses will be subject to fines, reparations for damages, and legal prosecution. You may not use any deep-link, scraper, robot, bot, spider, data mining, computer code, or any other automated device, program, tool, algorithm, process, or methodology to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of this site, or any data or content found on or accessed through the site, without prior express written consent.

You may not use this site to obtain or attempt to obtain through any means any materials or information that has not been intentionally made publicly available.

You may not use this site in a manner that would violate its security or attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, materials, information, computer systems, or networks connected to any server associated with this site.

You may not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise represent an affiliation with a person or entity.

Linked Materials

The Site may include links to third party products, services, resources, or websites. These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy apply only to this Site and are not applicable to any other website that may be accessible from the Site or referenced in the Site. Allstar Holdings, LLC is responsible only for the content of its own website.

Intellectual Property

All content included on the Site, including format, layout, pictures, graphics, logos, text, text designs, articles, information, and other materials, is the property of Allstar Holdings, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States trademark and copyright law. All trademarks and logos displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited license to display or print Site content for your own personal non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, transfer, or sell these materials in any form or manner without express written permission of the owner.

Limitations of Liability

WE PROVIDE THE CONTENTS OF THE SITE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ROOFBENCH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, THAT RESULT FROM:

• Your use or misuse of the Site
• Reliance on any information, estimate, measurement, or recommendation provided by the Service
• Any decision you make based on information from the Service, including but not limited to decisions about contractor selection, materials, financing, or project scope
• Any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation, computer virus, line failure, or other computer malfunction
• Any contact, communication, quote, or transaction with any affiliated service provider or any other party

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or any content contained within the Site is to cease using the Site.

Indemnity

By accessing the Site, you agree to indemnify Allstar Holdings, LLC and its affiliates, and their respective partners, stockholders, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, and agents, against, and hold them all harmless from, all claims and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Venue

You hereby agree that your use of the Site and any disputes relating to the Site, these Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy shall be filed, and that venue properly lies, only in state or federal courts located in the State of Minnesota. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

Waiver

Any failure or delay by us in enforcing an obligation or exercising a right under these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy does not amount to a waiver of that obligation or right or any other obligation or right.

Severability

If any term or provision of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Minnesota to be illegal or invalid for any reason, such illegality or invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remainder of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy.
